Currently, The Idiots ships products only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or non-business days may be processed on the next working day.
During periods of high demand, festivals, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Partners
We use Shiprocket and its network of courier partners to deliver orders across India.
Courier partners may include leading logistics providers depending on your location and service availability.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on:
- Delivery location.
- Courier partner availability.
- Weather conditions.
- Public holidays.
- Operational disruptions beyond our control.
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipment tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or courier notifications where applicable.
Tracking updates are provided by our shipping partners and may occasionally experience delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time at our sole discretion.
Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If delivery attempts fail because:
- An incorrect address was provided.
- The recipient is unavailable.
- The customer refuses delivery.
- The customer cannot be contacted.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts or re-shipment requests.

Damaged Packages

- Taking photographs of the product.
- Contacting us within 48 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
The Idiots shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, we will investigate the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Resolution options may include:
- Replacement shipment.
- Refund.
- Store credit.
All resolutions are subject to verification and courier investigation outcomes.
Force Majeure
The Idiots shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government actions, internet outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
