At The Idiots, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal nature of fragrances and hygiene considerations, certain return restrictions apply. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns or replacements may be approved only under the circumstances described in this policy.
To be eligible for a return or replacement request:
- The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Valid proof of purchase must be provided.
- Clear photos or videos may be required for verification.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Opened perfume bottles.
- Used perfume products.
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging caused after delivery.
- Products returned without proof of purchase.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged product.
- Photos of the shipping package.
- A brief description of the issue.
After verification, we may offer:
- A replacement product.
- A refund.
- Store credit, where applicable.
Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a product different from the one ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Missing Items
If any item from your order is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photographs of the received package and order details to investigate the issue.
Return Approval Process
Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval.
All requests are reviewed individually based on:
- Order details.
- Product condition.
- Supporting photographs or videos.

Refund Processing

The Idiots is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways after a refund has been initiated.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and our business from fraudulent claims, The Idiots reserves the right to:

- Reject suspicious or fraudulent claims.
- Refuse future service where abuse is detected.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, handling fees, and other non-refundable service charges may not be refunded unless required by applicable law or where the error was caused by us.
