Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed, packed, or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
Cancellation requests are subject to order status verification and approval.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to a courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers are encouraged to review their order carefully before completing the purchase.
How to Request Cancellation

Cancellation Approval

Refund for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved before shipment:
- The full order amount will generally be refunded.

- Refund processing usually takes 7–10 business days.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.
Orders Cancelled by The Idiots
In certain circumstances, we may cancel an order, including but not limited to:

- Technical errors.
- Fraud prevention concerns.

- Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be initiated.
